We'll keep things moving behind the scenes and send you regular updates on WhatsApp, so you're never left wondering what's happening. Your quote covers all the legal heavy lifting for your move. We'll take care of everything from checking your contracts and answering questions to working with your lender and updating the Land Registry. The only other things you'll need to pay for are 'disbursements': the costs we pay to others on your behalf, like your local searches, Land Registry fees, and Stamp Duty. Yes! You'll meet your conveyancer, the property law expert handling your move, shortly after you sign up. They'll send you proactive updates to keep you in the loop, and you can book a time to speak to them directly.
Because fall-throughs are (unfortunately) still pretty common, we've got you covered. If your purchase or sale falls through and it's not your fault, Fall-through Cover means the deposit you paid us carries over to your next move, even on a different property. Our legal fee is only due when you complete, so you never pay it on a move that falls through. See exactly what's covered.
